Parental Advisory, Explicit Content "I'm Still Here...Damn It!" With this simple statement, Sandra Bernhard once again reclaims her title as America's alternative muse. Armed with material that took her downtown perspective uptown for her first Broadway show, Ms. Sandra rips into some of life's most intimate subjects, Including life, death, and Melanie Griffith. Very few escape the hilariously honest cut of her tongue. Courtney Love, Paula Jones, Rosie O'Donnell, cordless phones, The New Yorker, Fleetwood Mac; all fall victim to our Diva's comedic appetite. Originally filmed as an HBO Special at Slim's in San Francisco, "I'm Still Here...Damn It!" was shot by Academy Award winning cinematographer Haskell Wexler ("Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?" "One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest"), and directed by legendary director Marty Callner. Includes 30 minutes of footage not included in the broadcast version. No one holds up a mirror to how we live our lives more effectively than Ms. Sandra. Whether you like what you see or not, you're guaranteed to laugh.

Without You I'm Nothing (Full Frame)
"Sagely astute" (The New York Times), Sandra Bernhard is an "energetic, unpredictable, eccentric talent" (The Wall Street Journal)! The uniquely gifted singer, actress and comedienne gives her most inspired performance to date in this semi-autobiographical spiel that lampoons her self-important superstar friends and our preoccupation with celebrity with an "unerring eye and a searing wit" (L.A. Reader) that define "a new kind of hip" (Los Angeles Times)! Returning to her roots at an L.a. Club, Bernhard delivers an eclectic mix of hard-edged comedy and harder-edge music. From sly jabs at Jodie Foster, Barbara Streisand, Madonna and Warren Beatty, to energetic musical extravaganzas inspired by Diana Ross, Nina Simone, Prince and even Hank Williams(!), Bernhard delivers no less than "an astonishing performance in this bizarre, funny and prickly satire of pop culture" (The Wall Street Journal)! Cinema Facts, In reference to her tongue-in-cheek mentions of Madonna, Bernhard says, "She has a great sense of humor about herself and she expects that from me" (Long Beach Press Telegram). Bernhard says this film "addresses many of the issues that affect my life, being a woman, an artist and somebody who empathizes with the vulnerable, the manipulated and the exploited...which probably encompasses all of us" (Long Beach Press Telegram). This is directional debut of John Boskovich, a conceptual artist who co-wrote the screenplay with Bernhard.
